The 47th Annual Convention will be held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix. The iconic Arizona Biltmore, built in 1929, is a historic landmark and the only Frank Lloyd Wright influenced resort in the world. Registration fees include the cost of convention materials, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and evening events. Please note there is a $25 fee to attend the Diamondbacks baseball game on July 22.
Children between the ages of 5 – 17 may attend the convention for a special rate of $175. Children age 4 and under are free. Please register children in advance to help us plan appropriately.
Only registered individuals may attend convention events.
Spouses, guests, and children must register
if they wish to attend any of the events.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after July 5.
We request all attendees register in advance – however is you are unable to register in advance you may do
so on-site for an additional $100 per.

Tuesday, July 22 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Diamondbacks Baseball Game
The Phoenix Law Enforcement Association along with the Mesa Police Association and the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Arizona (CLEAA) will be hosting NAPO for a night at the Ballpark! Watch the Diamondbacks take on the Astros from the Banner Health Center Field Patio where PLEA has arranged a private party complete with ballpark food and drink tickets or watch from our group block seats in section 142. Your ticket also includes bus transportation to and from the game.
Tickets for the baseball game are $25 per person and must be purchased through NAPO with convention registration.
