The 47th Annual Convention will be held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix. The iconic Arizona Biltmore, built in 1929, is a historic landmark and the only Frank Lloyd Wright influenced resort in the world. Arizona Biltmore Resort
for registered NAPO convention attendees
The Arizona Biltmore is a historic landmark offering stunning views of the Phoenix
Mountain Preserve. Experience sophisticated décor, modern comfort and a tranquil
setting surrounded by lush landscaping, pools and gardens.
Room rates are $174 per night for a standard room.
Reservations may be made by following the hotel link listed below or
by calling the Hotel Reservations Department at (800) 950-0086. Be sure to refer to
“NAPO 47th Annual Convention” when making the reservation.
To receive NAPO’s special group rate reservations must be made by June 27.
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

NAPO now represents more than 241,000 active law enforcement officers who belong to more than 1,000 police organizations. NAPO’s member organizations include city, county, and statewide organizations, many with memberships in the thousands. NAPO’s 47th Annual Convention will
bring together the leaders of law enforcement associations from across the United States.
The convention exhibit area offers a great opportunity for your company to meet NAPO delegates who recommend and approve equipment and services procurement for their police departments and associations. Registration fees include the cost of convention materials, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and evening events. Please note there is a $25 fee to attend the Diamondbacks baseball game on July 22.
Children between the ages of 5 – 17 may attend the convention for a special rate of $175. Children age 4 and under are free. Please register children in advance to help us plan appropriately.
Only registered individuals may attend convention events.
Spouses, guests, and children must register
if they wish to attend any of the events.

by June 30, 2025
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after July 5.
We request all attendees register in advance – however is you are unable to register in advance you may do
so on-site for an additional $100 per.

The Phoenix Law Enforcement Association along with the Mesa Police Association and the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Arizona (CLEAA) will be hosting NAPO for a night at the Ballpark! Watch the Diamondbacks take on the Astros from the Banner Health Center Field Patio where PLEA has arranged a private party complete with buffet and drink tickets or watch from our group block seats in section 143 and144. Your ticket also includes bus transportation to and from the game.
Tickets for the baseball game are $25 per person and must be purchased through NAPO with convention registration.
