As all of us in law enforcement are aware, Hurricane Irma left a great deal of damage in Florida. Many homes flooded, were wiped out or condemned as unlivable. Many residents will be living in shelters and temporary housing for months to come.
Our brothers and sisters in law enforcement are working tirelessly to aid in the relief efforts, but they need relief as well. Many of them do not have homes to go back to anymore, and yet they will continue working to try and help others affected by the catastrophe. In order to help our brothers and sisters, please consider making a donation to NAPO’s Relief Fund, a fully licensed and independently audited 501(c)(3) charity, to help these officers in their time of need. All donations raised through this appeal will be used to help ease the suffering in areas affected by Hurricane Ian, and assistance from our fund is open to all law enforcement officers and their families.
