Through the efforts of the active and retired police officers nationwide, convicted cop killer John Ruzas has once again been denied parole for his cowardly murder of NYS Trooper Emerson Dillon in 1974. The letter-writing campaign made quite an impression to the Parole Board and I would like to thank everyone who took the time to ensure this killer never sees the light of day again.
